BE SURE TO COMPLETE FOR EACH EMPLOYEE AS YOU CONTINUE TO HIRE. 5)THE ESTABLISHMENT NOW HAS A BODILY FLUIDS CLEAN UP KIT. 10)ALL HAND WASHING SINKS ARE STOCKED WITH PAPER TOWELS. 22)THE TEMPERATURE OF BOTH THE PREP COOLER AND STAND UP COOLER IS BELOW 41 DEGREES. CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE TEMPERATURE OF BOTH UNITS. 48)THE QUAT SANITIZER HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE OPERATION SO QUAT TEST STRIPS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED. NO ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP IS REQUIRED FOR THESE ITEMS. |
